Do you really want to know who we are ? We are the ones enchanted watching our grandma’s cooking, charmed by the constancy of movements, the absolute precision and infinite patience. We are also those who left Italy to conquer the big European capitals, looking for new adventures. And guess what we realised ? The thing that we miss the most is good food made with love.

Forno Emilia is a project 100% made in Italy, it was born to spread the great pleasure of Italian street food, sweet and savoury. Our products come from high quality ingredients, slowly leavened following ancient techniques and recipes. Emilia is the Italian spirit crafted into food, it is the tradition becoming magic, it is the flour leavened in bread, pizza and brioche. Every single morning, just like at grandma’s house.

When quality meets traditions

Ancient recipes, passion and high quality ingredients: we carefully select our raw ingredients as well as our suppliers, and choose – where possible – authentic Italian ingredients, combining them with local ones. Everything else is about Emilia. The small but mighty miracle of leavening takes place in her hands: she kneads water, yeast and flour, then waits for the magic to happen.
